KMME Holdings (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned investment group with a great appetite for technology-savvy companies and projects.
It was establised in 2008, firstly as a consultancy firm and later, as a holdings company to cater for diversifying into other fileds and also to offer an opportunity to invest in outfits that offer great growth potential.
Our scope encompasses consultancy and investment within the Energy, Transport, Financial Services and Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) fraternity.
KMME Holding’s mandate from its shareholders include:
1 Assisting companies with the development and implementation of strategies by initiating projects; we achieve this by:
• establishing the scope of the project;
• executing work in the project plan to satisfy the project specifications;
• Monitoring, controlling, tracking reviewing and regulating progress of each project; and finalising all activities to close the project.

The transport sector is a key enabler of economic growth. KMME Holdings’ specific interests in the transport sector are centred around Fleet (vehicle) management. This includes a range of functions, such as vehicle financing, vehicle maintenance, vehicle telematics (tracking and diagnostics), driver management, speed management, fuel management and health and safety management.
3 Financial services
The financial services sector can offer the discerning investor an opportunity to generate impressive returns. It provides a variety of money-related services to businesses and consumers. Our ICT services are provided by a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMME Holdings, KMME Consulting (Pty) Ltd. KMME Consulting’s main areas of interest include amongst others ICT services, broadband networks and ERP systems. We offer:
• ICT Network Design Services: we assist in enhancing and translating business strategy and planning to develop the required service descriptions and associated marketing plans.
• Network implementation Services: all solutions identified are custom/ tailor made to address organisational needs. In addition to this we ensure change management process to ensure smooth transition to new systems
• Systems Engineering Services: At KMME Consulting we offer major three sets of technical processes namely, system design, product realisation, and technical management.
• Network Integration Services: here we align business solutions with IP networks and services; we provide organisations with system integration skills to consolidate transform and simplify adjustment to new systems.
