Thabang Malapane - Chairman

Mr Malapane is an entrepreneur with more than15 years’ experience in business. He started his career at the Department of Posts and Telecommunications as a technical Officer, then Alcatel Altech Telecoms as account Manager and Thebe Investments Corporation, as Telecoms Executive, where he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities in the ICT industry.

Mr Malapane is the founding Managing Director and partner of Systems Designs (Pty) Ltd. Systems Designs is partly black-owned and managed supplier of passive and active wireless equipment to the Telco’s and EOMs in a joint venture relationship with Andrew Wireless. Systems Designs was involved, amongst other projects, in the implementation of the Mobile communications infrastructure at the 10 stadia identified to host the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup and the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Mr Malapane is a Director of the following companies: Systems Designs (Pty) Ltd.,Dapen Investments Group, Maruping Consulting, Maruping Strategic Investments and Molo Africa Speech Technologies.

 

Kuti Mulaudzi – Managing Director

Mr Mulaudzi is an Elecrical Engineering Technologist, with a B.Tech degree in that field. He worked as a Network Engineer at Telkom SA, in charge of new technologies research, testing and type approval, implementation and national maintenance of the voice-switching network.

He also worked for Siemens Telecommunications as a Technical Sales Manager before establishing and managing Imbumba Technologies and Communications Company, a 100% black owned ICT implementation and maintenance company. In his role as Managing Director of Imbumba, Mr Mulaudzi was in charge of Sales and day-to-day Operations of the company.

As Managing Director of KMME Holdings Kuti is in charge of executing and implementing the shareholders vision and mission. He is also in charge of the day-to-day operations of the company.
